V neděli zase quality couple time a procházka u řeky.
V úterý ještě posledních pár chvilek s M. v Gulliveru. Společnou fotku si založil do peněženky, what made me really happy. Když jsme se loučili, vypadalo to, že se každou chvíli rozbrečí. Be safe and see ya in a year.
Nevěděla jsem, jestli se P. na mě zlobí kvůli zbytečným dramatům z Bali, so I just waited and didn‘t push it. After a while she started talking to me about some working stuff. Kinda small talk, ale stejně jsem za to byla hrozně ráda, protože to působilo nenuceně, a to je přesně to, co sama neumím.
Překvapivě jsme si na první Trivii bez M. a A. nevedly vůbec špatně. Jsem na sebe pyšná, že jsem zvládla otázku z oblasti chemical processes. (?)

L zároveň prohlásila, že v životě potřebuju hektičnost a šílenství, což je nejspíš taky pravda. Když to zkombinuju dohromady, tak nějak cítím, že největší sen na blízkou budoucnost je mít vlastní kancelář a studenty. We will see how this will work out.
Moje drag queen posedlost se pomalu přesunula z Alasky na Katyu and the most recently na Trixie, but I admire them all so much and at this point I know everything about their lives. Posunula jsem se od Aftershows Alasky a její hudby, přes UNHhhh & Trixie and Katya show, přes Whimsically volatile - podcast Katyi a Craiga a další náhodná videa ke country hudbě Trixie. And I know everything there is to know about the Alaska-Sharon relationship, Katya's drug abuse and psychotic breakdown and Trixie's childhood in the middle of nowhere.
Obsessions at its finest.
V poslední době to vyeskalovalo do té míry, že jsem kousek podcastu s Katyou pouštěla v hodinách. Vybrala jsem část, kdy se baví o jídle a nezmiňují drag, queerness, sex life a další témata, která normálně vyplňujou většinu dvouhodinových epizod.
Sklidila jsem úspěch. A) Real English B) Sofisticated vocabulary + slang C) Je to podcast, takže musí pečlivě artikulovat, aby jim bylo rozumět D) Jsou to komici a spousta vtípků je založená na slovních hříčkách -> perfect material
Chtěla jsem to trochu uvést, tak povídám: "Brian is my current favourite comedian. He was a drug addict for seven years and has some mental problems. He had a psychotic breakdown and such, so I love to observe how his mind work."
My student: "I see, great person to admire."
Ironically enough, drag queens are giving me encouragement to embrace my womanhood. It's them who I think about when I'm styling my hair, putting on lipstic and saying to myself: "I'm a woman."
I don't know if there's anything more hot than a hot guy, pretending to be a seductive, gorgeous woman, lip-syncing and dancing to a music in Russian. Maybe I'm just weird.
Another layer is listening to Katya, how she speaks about Trump and Hillary, racism and white privilege and her eyes are tearing up because of everything what is wrong with American society. Je u toho navíc nachlazená, takže má hlubší, nakřáplý hlas, který mi ještě víc zasahuje pocity.
Koukám na to u vaření a slzím k tomu při krájení cibule.
Katya <3 Hot as a guy and as a woman, incredibly smart (just this combination makes me faint), speaking multiple languages as a bonus (including French, Spanish AND Russian), psychotic mind and random absurd humour.
Koncert Mountain goats byl můj nejvíc religious/spiritual zážitek so far. Na opačném konci mě Katya nejspíš naučila nejvíc about the (Catholic Church) Devil.
We had second Summer Camp Meeting and I'm just mostly super exited, because I think we're going to have a whale of time. I don't really think about the working 24 hours per day and responsibillities part.
I guess this is what my life is these days in a nutshell.
Also Alaska singing Rihanna's Love on the brain is my new sexuality.
